NZ Institute of Management, Southland Branch has developed a partnership with The Knowledge Gym. This partnership allows NZ Institute of Management Southland Branch members to attend The Knowledge Gym workouts in Christchurch at a special discounted rate.

The Knowledge Gym select international speakers each month from an elite group of world class speakers to give New Zealanders’ the opportunity to stretch their know–how and energise fresh thinking in their business’s. Workouts are available in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch.

In a competitive world of professional speaking a worldwide qualification — the Certified Professional Speaker or CPS is the passport to the loftier echelons of the seminar circuit.

According to Martin Russell, owner of The Knowledge Gym in Christchurch, that status has been granted to just 450 people in the US. In Australia, the number is just 30.

For a special few, a further distinction is granted: the Council of Peers Award for Excellent (CPAE) Hall of Fame accreditation. This award is saved for those at the top among a high-achieving peer group — the global club of CPSs.
